The Erasmus+ is set to last until 2020, yet its opportunities are not limited to only students. This Erasmus Mundus organization merged with seven prior programs to provide opportunities for a wide variety of individuals and organizations. This organization’s opportunities are for people of all ages, helping them develop and share knowledge and experience at institutions and organizations in different countries. It also has opportunities for a wide range of organizations, including universities, education and training providers, think-tanks, research organizations, and private businesses. However, the EMJMD program – one of the Erasmus+ programs – provides EU, Non-EU, and selected International students the opportunities to complete a Master’s degree in Europe universities. It also provides students the opportunity to apply to a maximum of three different programs.

The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree Scholarship is available to Master’s students. The scholarship covers degrees in over 50 fields of study offered by a Consortium of European Universities. Scholarship Benefits
To enjoy the benefits of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree scholarship, you must first be admitted for a course by the organizing consortium and then be selected for an EMJMD scholarship. The EMJMD scholarship covers your participation costs (including the tuition fees, library and laboratory costs, full insurance coverage and any other mandatory costs related to your participation in the Master). It also represents a contribution to your travel and installation costs and includes a monthly subsistence allowance for the entire duration of the study program. The total amount of this Erasmus+ scholarship varies according to the duration of your course and your nationality (non-EU students receive larger scholarships). However, a minimum of 75% of the scholarships is awarded to candidates from Partner countries.
Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree Scholarship Eligibility
The following are the eligibility criteria for the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Scholarship Program 2021. This Eramsmus+ scholarship master’s program is a study program of 60, 90 or 120 ECTS credits. Thus, it lasts from a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 24 months. Also, the successful completion of the study program will lead to the award of either a joint degree or multiple degrees. A joint degree offers one single degree certificate issued on behalf of at least two higher education institutions of the EMJMD consortium. On the other hand, multiple degrees offers at least two-degree certificates issued by two higher education institutions of the consortium.
How to Apply for the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship
To apply for the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Scholarship, you’ll have to check out the online EMJMD Catalogue 2021 and contact the consortium offering the Master Course for more information on courses and application procedures. A new batch of selected EMJMDs is added to the list each summer. Most consortia will require applications to be submitted between October and January, for courses starting the following academic year.
