The Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholars Program is an academic enrichment program designed to support outstanding Victorian students in the 11th and 12th years. Eligible students must: have been nominated for the Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholarship Program by principals (based on academic merit and outstanding achievement); have a place for the course at the University of Melbourne, and be interstate or within a rural area reserved for the Victorian government.
